Startups need to be lean, and startup branding is no different. Learn how to quickly develop a working brand strategy using a simple process and intuitive model. Understand how to quickly implement your strategy through communications, design, product and any other channels you have available. Just because you have a low (or even zero!) budget, it doesn’t mean you can’t have a brand. In fact, it’s one of the most important assets you can have to create value, differentiate and stay flexible. For startups, brand strategy can’t be esoteric – it needs to be about rapid development, implementation and iteration. That may fly in the face of traditional branding, but that’s why this is branding for startups!
